This is one of my favorite comfort foods. This rich casserole can be made ahead. It is topped with a crunchy, cheesy topping; frozen broccoli and precooked chicken make it easy.

Ingredients
- 2 10 ounces broccoli, frozen or 4 cups fresh
- 6 cups chicken, cooked, shredded
- 2 103/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make chicken broccoli casserole

Step 1In a medium bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper, to taste, and wine. Whisk together to make a sauce. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and chicken. Mix well.

Step 2Place the mixture into an 11 by 7-inch casserole dish. Pat down to even and smooth the mixture. Combine the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over the top.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 45 minutes until bubbly and browned. Serve with white rice and a salad.
