  • 1 large onion, choppd
  • 5 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup white wine
  • 1 cup bleu cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound pasta, ziti...penne...rotelle...bow ties ...shells (ur choice ;)

    IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN SAUTE CHICKEN CUBES IN 3 TBLSPNS OF BUTTER N SEASON WITH S n P ...ONCE COOKD SET ASIDE
  • Step 2
    SAUTE CHOPPD ONIONS IN THE 2 TBLSPNS OF REMAINN BUTTER THEN ADD FLOUR N COMBINE ...COOK FOR A MINUTE.
  • Step 3
    ADD WINE N CHICKEN BROTH ONCE IT STARTS TO BOIL LOWER TO A SIMMER N STIR UNTIL THICKENED. ADD CRUMBLED BLEU CHEESE N STIR UNTIL MELTD :)

    MAKE PASTA....IF USING FRESH BROCCOLI ADD TO PASTA FOR THE LAST 7 MINUTES OF COOKN TIME....IF USING FROZEN (thaw first) THEN ADD LAST TWO MIN OF COOKN TIME. THEN DRAIN .
  • Step 5
    ADD PASTA N BROCCOLI INTO CHEESE SAUCE N STIR UNTIL COATED...SPRINKLE WITH BLACK PEPPER N COMBINE. DRIZZLE WITH HOT SAUCE (OPTIONAL) ENJOY!
