Ingredients
- 2 boxes broccoli au gratin rice a roni
- 1 pound boneless chicken(we like thighs, have made with breast too)
- 2 - chicken bouillon cubes
- 4 ounces velveeta, diced
- 2 tablespoons grill mates montreal chicken seasoning
How To Make chicken & broccoli au gratin rice

Step 1Cut chicken in 1 inch cubes. In a bowl, mix chicken with seasoning and olive oil to coat. Set aside.

Step 2Make rice according to directions, add bouillon cubes in water for extra flavor.

Step 3When you get to simmer stage of rice, in a skillet on med - hi, sauté chicken until browned(Drain, optional) . Add to rice, stir, cover. About 10 min, before it's done(all water not absorbed by rice yet) , add Velveeta. Cover. Stir before serving.

Step 4Velveeta is optional. Still tastes good without. We just love cheese!
