chicken, broccoli and stuffing casserol (my way)

This is very creamy and easy to make. The mayo gives it that extra flavor... Its very rich and creamy taste and texture . have a side order of cranberrys sets it all off..

Ingredients

  • 1 package 16 oz. resers potatoe express diced red potatoes
  • 1 box stove top stuffing
  • 1 package 10-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 - cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • - 1 or 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

How To Make chicken, broccoli and stuffing casserol (my way)

  • Step 1
    Make stuffing as directed on box and put aside.
  • Step 2
    mixt rest of things in a large bowl and put in a greased 3 quart bowl......mix mayo, soup,butter and seasons.. together... then add rest,,,
  • Step 3
    Then add stuffing on top casserol and bake in a 350 degree for abot 35 to 40 minutes..
