Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
How To Make chicken breasts with tomato & garlic

Step 1Salt and pepper chicken.

Step 2Saute in oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

Step 3Add garlic, onions, wine, tomatoes, bay leaf and thyme (if you don\'t like thyme, use rosemary or basil).

Step 4Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, until chicken is done.

Step 5Discard bay leaf before serving.
