- 8 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup flour
- - salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 8 slices fontina cheese
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
How To Make chicken breasts with prosciutto and cheese

Step 1Cut chicken breasts in half and pound lightly.

Step 2Mix flour, salt and pepper.

Step 3Dredge chicken into seasoned flour.

Step 4Heat olive oil and butter, add chicken and saute quickly to a golden brown.

Step 5Place chicken in a buttered baking dish and layer with prosciutto and cheese slices.

Step 6Sprinkle grated cheese and chicken stock over all.

Step 7Bake uncovered for ten minutes until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
