How to Make Chicken Breasts with Honey Mustard Glaze
- 1Combine the mustard, honey, and brown sugar in a small bowl
and set aside.
- 2Mash the butter with the pepper and spread
under the skin of the chicken breasts.
- 3Place on a wire rack in
a large roasting pan and bake in preheated 425 (220C).
- 4Cook for 15 minutes and add 1/2 cup (125 ml) water to the roasting
pan to prevent smoking.
- 5Brush the chicken breasts with the
mustard mixture and continue cooking until the internal
temperature of the chicken reads 160 F (70C) on an instant-read
thermometer, 20 to 30 minutes.
