Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 6 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 12 ounces evaporated skim milk
- 1 tablespoon chives, dried or fresh minced
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
How To Make chicken breasts with feta cheese sauce

Step 1Using 2T of olive oil which you put in a pan on medium heat until hot.

Step 2Add chicken, and cook 7 minutes on each side until done.

Step 3Set aside and keep warm.

Step 4Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, add flour.

Step 5Cook 1 minute stirring constantly with a wire whisk.

Step 6Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.

Step 7Stir in chives.

Step 8Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.

Step 9Add cheese, and stir until cheese melts.

Step 10Spoon over chicken.
