- 4 - chicken breasts, boneless
- 1 cup yogurt, plain
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon lime peel, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
How To Make chicken breasts in herb and yogurt sauce

Step 1Preheat oven to 375.

Step 2Remove skin from chicken breasts.

Step 3Grease roasting pan, place chicken breasts in it and set aside.

Step 4Combine all other ingredients.

Step 5Baste chicken breasts with mixture and bake for 20 minutes.

Step 6Remove from oven.

Step 7Turn chicken breasts, baste with sauce and bake 15 minutes longer, until meat is tender.
