Pound chicken breasts until thin. Dust with flour. Sauté in butter in skillet over medium heat until golden. Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Sauté mushrooms and green onion in butter. Put chicken breasts in baking dish, top with mushroom-onion mixture and place slice of cheese over each. Brown under broiler. Serve 6
