How To Make chicken breasts alfredo

1Coat chicken with flour.

2Mix eggs, water, romano cheese, parsley and salt.

3Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then into bread crumbs.

4Heat butter and oil in large skillet.

5Cook chicken breasts over medium heat until browned about 15 minutes.

6Remove chicken to baking dish 11-1/2 x 7-1/2\".

7Heat oven to 425.

8Make cheese sauce.

9Pour cheese sauce over chicken.

10Top each piece with a slice of cheese.

11Bake until cheese melts and chicken is tender, about 8 minutes.

12CHEESE SAUCE: Heat cream, water and butter in 1-quart saucepan until butter melts.

13Add cheese; cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.
