Ingredients
- 6 - chicken breasts, boneless
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup grated romano cheese
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fine bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
- SAUCE INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup grated romano cheese
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh parsley
How To Make chicken breasts alfredo

Step 1Coat chicken with flour.

Step 2Mix eggs, water, romano cheese, parsley and salt.

Step 3Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then into bread crumbs.

Step 4Heat butter and oil in large skillet.

Step 5Cook chicken breasts over medium heat until browned about 15 minutes.

Step 6Remove chicken to baking dish 11-1/2 x 7-1/2\".

Step 7Heat oven to 425.

Step 8Make cheese sauce.

Step 9Pour cheese sauce over chicken.

Step 10Top each piece with a slice of cheese.

Step 11Bake until cheese melts and chicken is tender, about 8 minutes.

Step 12CHEESE SAUCE: Heat cream, water and butter in 1-quart saucepan until butter melts.

Step 13Add cheese; cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Step 14Stir in parsley.
