How to Make Chicken Breast with Lemon Sauce
- Pound chicken breast to an even thickness. Coat with flour. Heat butter in a 12 inch skillet over bed heat. Cook chicken and garlic in butter 4-6 minutes. Turning once. Add wine and lemon juice sprinkle with pepper. Cook until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
- Serve spooning sauce over chicken and garnish with lemon slices.
