- 4 - boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 cup white wine or apple juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make chicken breast with lemon sauce

Step 1Pound chicken breast to an even thickness. Coat with flour. Heat butter in a 12 inch skillet over bed heat. Cook chicken and garlic in butter 4-6 minutes. Turning once. Add wine and lemon juice sprinkle with pepper. Cook until chicken is cooked thoroughly.

Step 2Serve spooning sauce over chicken and garnish with lemon slices.
