    boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/4 c
  • 2 tsp
    chopped garlic
  • 1 c
    white wine or apple juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 tsp

How to Make Chicken Breast with Lemon Sauce


  1. Pound chicken breast to an even thickness. Coat with flour. Heat butter in a 12 inch skillet over bed heat. Cook chicken and garlic in butter 4-6 minutes. Turning once. Add wine and lemon juice sprinkle with pepper. Cook until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
  2. Serve spooning sauce over chicken and garnish with lemon slices.
