Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 4 ounces boursin cheese
- 2 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 tablespoons parsley
How To Make chicken boursin

Step 1Divide cheese into four parts and spread down middle of each chicken breast. Roll breast around cheese.

Step 2Dip rolled up chicken breast in egg, then roll chicken in bread crumbs.

Step 3Place in baking dish, seam side down. (may be made one day ahead to this point).

Step 4Cover with melted butter.

Step 5Bake for 20 - 30 minutes basting occasionally.

Step 6Garnish with fresh parsley.
