Cut boneless/skinless chicken breast filets cut into strips. Salt and pepper chicken to taste. Crush crackers in a resealable plastic bag. You won't need all the crackers in the box, just enough to coat the chicken, you can alway crush more as needed. Place 1/2 of the sour cream in a bowl (you can add more as needed), dip the chicken strips in sour cream until covered. Place chicken in bag with crushed crackers and shake until well covered. Place on greased cookie sheet, dribble butter over chicken and bake for 25-30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
