This is a great recipe and its fast and easy.

Ingredients

  • 4 - servings boned chicken parts cut in 2 inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons minced shallots
  • 2 tablespoons sherry wine
  • 1/4 cup brown gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 4 - slices provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • - roux to thicken (equal parts flour & margarine)

How To Make chicken bolognese

  • Step 1
    In a saute pan simmer shallots . Add the chicken parts & the stock, wine, butter, & brown gravy. Simmer at low heat until chicken is cooked. Add the mushrooms. Remove the chicken from pan & keep warm. Add roux to thicken the sauce. Place the chicken on a plate & top with provolone cheese. Add sauce & top with parmesan cheese
