Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 - chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 2 - cloves minced fresh garlic
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 can butterflake bischits
How To Make chicken biscuit casserole

Step 1Combine water, chicken, onions, celery, garlic, salt and pepper.

Step 2Bring to a boil, adding water as needed to keep chicken just covered.

Step 3Simmer for approximately 30 minutes, or until chicken is tender.

Step 4Remove chicken and set broth aside. Debone chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Step 5In a small bowl, mix milks and flour, dissolving flour well.

Step 6Add to broth mixture and return to stove.

Step 7Stir frequently over low heat until broth thickens.

Step 8Add chicken and peas to mixture and pour into greased casserole.

Step 9Pull biscuits apart into individual thin slices and place on top of mixture.

Step 10Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
