chicken bernie
(2 RATINGS)
My mom made this recipe up over 50 years ago, and our family has loved it ever since. Hope your family will enjoy it too! Used to just call it "sloppy chicken" cause it can be sloppy to eat, but a dear friend said that name was not nearly as appetising as the dish really is, and it deserved to be named after my Mom.....Viola, Chicken Bernie! Try it, I believe you will like it!
