- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Step 1Preheat oven to 375-degrees.

Step 2In a small saucepan heat butter over medium heat until bubbly and hot. Add remaining ingredients except chicken. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture is thick and smooth.

Step 3Spray a 9" x 9" baking dish and put chicken in a single layer. Using a pastry brush, brush chicken with curry.

Step 4Bake until browned, 35-40 minutes, basting 2 times.
