I had a package of chicken thighs that I was going to make for supper but wanted to come up with something different so I look through my cabniet to see what I had and this is what I came up with and it is great my husband can't get enough of it now.I will add a picture next time I make it.

1 pkg
chicken thighs or breast
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1/2 can(s)
whole milk or 1% milk
1/2 can(s)
frenches fried onion rings
1/2 pkg
cheddar cheese or parmesan
salt and pepper
garlic powerd


1rinse chicken thighs pat dry
put in a baking dish
sprinkle chicken with salt&pepper and garlic power on both sides
2In another bowel mix can of mushroom soup & cream of chicken soup and about half can of milk whole or 1%milk.pour over chicken put in oven on 350 for an hour or untill chicken runs clear.
3then sprinkle fried onion rings over chicken and then top with cheddar cheese or if you prefer parmesan cheese cook for about 10 minutes longer or untill onion rings are crispy and cheese is bubbling
4take chicken out let stand for 5 minutes or so and serve over egg noodles or rice
