chicken bacon ranch quesedillas

This is a simple and quick meal to throw together. My family loves these and we never have leftovers. At my house anything with bacon is a big hit!!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast.sliced in small pieces
  • 1 pound bacon..cooked and crumbled
  • 1 package cheddar cheese, shredded
  • - butter
  • 1 package dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 package small flour tortillas..i got a pack of 20
  • - ranch dressing for dipping

How To Make chicken bacon ranch quesedillas

  • Step 1
    Fry bacon and start cooking chicken breast in a separate pan with a little oil. When the bacon is cooked and cooled then crumble. When the chicken is cooking sprinkle the dry ranch on the meat. When all the juices cook out brown the chicken breast slightly.
  • Step 2
    I used a pancake griddle but you can use a skillet..butter a tortilla and put the buttered side down on the heated griddle. Sprinkle cheese, on side out a few pieces of chicken and bacon and fold over. then flip to brown on each side. Repeat until you use all your meat.
  • Step 3
    Slice them in half and dip in ranch dressing if desired.
