Ingredients

  • 1 - pie shell, baked
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 package asparagus spears, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 cup light cream
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make chicken asparagus quiche

  • Step 1
    Place chicken over bottom of shell and arrange asparagus spears over chicken.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle cheese evenly over asparagus.
  • Step 3
    Combine eggs, cream, salt and pepper; blend until light and frothy.
  • Step 4
    Pour gently over all.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until set and knife inserted near center comes out clean.
