Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken
- 1 can fat free cream of celery soup
- 1 can french style green beans (drained)
- 1/2 cup bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup green onion (chopped)
- 1 box uncle ben's wild rice
- 1 cup mayonnaise, light
- 1/2 cup chedder cheese, grated
- 1 cup ritz crackers, crushed
How To Make chicken and wild rice casserole

Step 1Boil chicken in a small amount of water until it's tender. You can use which ever type you want. Cool and cut up into bite sized pieces.

Step 2Prepare Uncle Bens rice as directed on the package.

Step 3Mix all ingredients together except the cheese and crackers. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish. Top with cheese and crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
