Ingredients
- 4 medium chicken breasts, boiled, deboned, and chunked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tablespoon minced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup finely minced celery
- 1 cup cooked instant rice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup crushed plain potato chips
- 1/4 cup melted butter
How To Make chicken and water chestnut casserole

Step 1Saute celery and onions in 1 Tbsp. butter. Mix all other ingredients with them. Pour into greased casserole dish.

Step 2Top with the 1 cup of crushed plain potato chips. Drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over the top.

Step 3Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
