Ingredients

  • GARLIC AND HERB SAUCE
  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons better than bouillon lobster base
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon each fresh thyme, rosemary and sage chopped
  • FOR THE CHICKEN AND VEGGIES
  • 6 - bone in chicken thighs
  • 1/2 pound brussel sprouts fresh
  • 1 pound baby bella mushrooms sliced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt

How To Make chicken, and veggies with garlic and herb sauce

  • Step 1
    For the garlic herb sauce Place 1 cup olive oil in food processor. Add the garlic and process until smooth and well blended. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    In a separate bowl mix the hot water with the lobster base and stir until completely dissolved. Set aside. Add the remaining olive oil to a pan and heat over med/high heat just until warmed but not boiling.
  • Step 3
    Add the garlic mixture and remove from heat. Add the lobster base mixture. Add in the parsley, rosemary thyme, and sage.
  • Step 4
    oven 400 degrees. Add the chicken with the garlic herb sauce and wine to a baking dish. Add the brussels sprouts, mushrooms and onions. Sprinkle in the salt. Bake for 45 minutes until chicken is done. Remove chicken and veggies. Strain the liquid from the pan and bring to boil over med/ high heat.. Let sauce reduce for 15 minutes and serve over meat and veggies.
