i love this recipe! if you don't have a foil bag, you can make one by folding the edges of two sheets of foil together. works just as well.

Ingredients

  • 1 large foil bag
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 9 - skinless bone in chicken pieces
  • 3 - ears fresh corn on the cob - halved
  • 1/2 pound fresh green beans - cut in pieces
  • 1 - onion cut in eighths

How To Make chicken and vegetable dinner

  • Step 1
    Preheat grill to medium high or oven to 450 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Open foil bag.
  • Step 3
    Combine water and flour
  • Step 4
    Add to foil bag.
  • Step 5
    Combine cheese and seasonings.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle half of seasoning over chicken; place in foil bag in an even layer.
  • Step 7
    Combine vegetables with remaining seasoning; arrange on top of chicken.
  • Step 8
    To seal, double fold open end of foil bag. Place foil bag in a 1 inch deep pan.
  • Step 9
    To cook, slide foil bag onto grill or leave foil bag in supporting pan and place in oven.
  • Step 10
    Grill 30 to 35 minutes in covered grill or bake 55 to 60 minutes in supporting pan in oven.
  • Step 11
    Use oven mitts to cut open foil bag with a sharp knife.
  • Step 12
    Carefully fold back top of foil bag, allowing steam to escape.
