Ingredients For chicken and sour cream enchiladas

2 cchopped chicken

1 creduced fat sour cream

1 1/2 ckraft 2% milk shredded colby & monterey jack cheese, divided

1 csalsa, divided

2 Tbspchopped cilantro

1 tspground cumin

10flour tortillas

1 cshredded lettuce
-
1medium tomatoes, chopped
How To Make chicken and sour cream enchiladas

1Preheat oven to 350f.Mix chicken, sour cream, 1 cup of the cheese, 1/4 cup of the salsa,the cilantro and cumin until well blended

2Spoon about 1/4 cup of chicken mixture down center of each tortila; roll up . Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with remaining 3/4 cup salsa; cover.

3Bake 30 min. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake an additional 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce and tomato just before seerving.
