Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cut in chunks
- 8 ounces shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup each green, red and yellow pepper, julienned
- 15 ounces stewed tomatoes
- 8 ounces fettuccine, cooked according to package directions
How To Make chicken and shrimp saute

Step 1In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter.

Step 2Add chicken and shrimp and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 3Cook stirring frequently until chicken is light golden and shrimp are pink, about 4 minutes.

Step 4Remove chicken and shrimp; set aside.

Step 5To skillet add peppers; cook until crisp-tender.

Step 6Break up tomatoes in the can.

Step 7Add to skillet; heat until bubbling.

Step 8Add chicken and shrimp.

Step 9Stir in remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 tablespoon at a time, until just melted.

Step 10Arrange pasta on platter; top with chicken-shrimp mixture.
