shrimp, cleaned and deveined
1/2 tsp
1 c
each green, red and yellow pepper, julienned
15 oz
stewed tomatoes
8 oz
fettuccine, cooked according to package directions

How to Make Chicken And Shrimp Saute


  • 1In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter.
  • 2Add chicken and shrimp and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 3Cook stirring frequently until chicken is light golden and shrimp are pink, about 4 minutes.
  • 4Remove chicken and shrimp; set aside.
  • 5To skillet add peppers; cook until crisp-tender.
  • 6Break up tomatoes in the can.
  • 7Add to skillet; heat until bubbling.
  • 8Add chicken and shrimp.
  • 9Stir in remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 tablespoon at a time, until just melted.
  • 10Arrange pasta on platter; top with chicken-shrimp mixture.
