Another quickie that's surprisingly good...especially when there's no time to fuss, and you want dinner on the table......:) K.

Ingredients For chicken and shrimp hurry curry

  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c
    milk or half and half
  • 2 tsp
    curry powder
  • 2 c
    cooked chicken (rotiserie is ok) cut in chunks
  • 1 can
    shrimp (drained)
  • 1 pkg
    5 oz. precooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • salt, pepper, onion powder, and parsley to taste

How To Make chicken and shrimp hurry curry

  • 1
    blend soup in saucepan with milk or half and half...add curry powder,onion powder,chicken, and drained shrimp....Heat through!

    cook rice according to pkg. directions and add butter, salt and pepper....

    Place in casserole dish and top with chicken mixture......Bake @ 375 for 15 min. and sprinkle with parsley just before serving......
