chicken and shrimp hurry curry

Another quickie that's surprisingly good...especially when there's no time to fuss, and you want dinner on the table......:) K.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup milk or half and half
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (rotiserie is ok) cut in chunks
  • 1 can shrimp (drained)
  • 1 package 5 oz. precooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • - salt, pepper, onion powder, and parsley to taste

How To Make chicken and shrimp hurry curry

  • Step 1
    blend soup in saucepan with milk or half and half...add curry powder,onion powder,chicken, and drained shrimp....Heat through!
  • Step 2
    cook rice according to pkg. directions and add butter, salt and pepper....
  • Step 3
    Place in casserole dish and top with chicken mixture......Bake @ 375 for 15 min. and sprinkle with parsley just before serving......
