Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup milk or half and half
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 cups cooked chicken (rotiserie is ok) cut in chunks
- 1 can shrimp (drained)
- 1 package 5 oz. precooked rice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- - salt, pepper, onion powder, and parsley to taste
How To Make chicken and shrimp hurry curry

Step 1blend soup in saucepan with milk or half and half...add curry powder,onion powder,chicken, and drained shrimp....Heat through!

Step 2cook rice according to pkg. directions and add butter, salt and pepper....

Step 3Place in casserole dish and top with chicken mixture......Bake @ 375 for 15 min. and sprinkle with parsley just before serving......
