Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken
- 3 - green bell peppers
- 6 bunches green onions
- - soy sauce
- - garlic powder
- 4 cups rice
- - (optional) mushrooms
How To Make chicken and rice junk

Step 1cook and shred chicken

Step 2chop green peppers and green onions and sautee in soy sauce and a little bit of water or chicken broth. after about 10-15 min add the shredded chicken.

Step 3add more soy sauce and garlic powder to taste.

Step 4cook your rice and have it ready.

Step 5after cooking the chicken and vegetables together for about 15 min. its ready to be put over the rice. we usually just put a scoop of rice on the plate and a scoop the the chicken stuff on top of that.
