How to Make Chicken and Rice Junk
- 1cook and shred chicken
- 2chop green peppers and green onions and sautee in soy sauce and a little bit of water or chicken broth. after about 10-15 min add the shredded chicken.
- 3add more soy sauce and garlic powder to taste.
- 4cook your rice and have it ready.
- 5after cooking the chicken and vegetables together for about 15 min. its ready to be put over the rice.
we usually just put a scoop of rice on the plate and a scoop the the chicken stuff on top of that.
