2chop green peppers and green onions and sautee in soy sauce and a little bit of water or chicken broth. after about 10-15 min add the shredded chicken.
3add more soy sauce and garlic powder to taste.
4cook your rice and have it ready.
5after cooking the chicken and vegetables together for about 15 min. its ready to be put over the rice.
we usually just put a scoop of rice on the plate and a scoop the the chicken stuff on top of that.
