Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion, diced and sauteed
- 2 - 14 oz. cans of green beans, rinsed & drained
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 - 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 - 6 oz. box of long-grain & wild rice, cooked
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- - pinch of salt

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 3 quart casserole dish.

Step 2In large bowl, mix and stir all ingredients together. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
