Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-1/2 cup chopped chicken breast
- 1 can evaported milk (8 ozs.)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 large eggs slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup chives or parsley
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make chicken and rice casserole

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Lightly spray (with cooking spray) a casserole dish (2 quart).

Step 2Put all the ingredients into the 2 quart casserole. Mix well. If desired at this time, you could add bread crumbs or finely grated cheese.

Step 3Bake 45 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
