Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1 can stewed tomatoes (crushed) with juice
- 3 cups water
- 1 - onion
- 4 - chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make chicken and rice bake-kl

Step 1Heat oven to 375 F.

Step 2Place chicken in a 13x9 pan. Place rice and onions around the chicken.

Step 3Combine water and crushed tomatoes. Pour over Chicken and rice. Sprinkle with cumin, chili powder and garlic powder.

Step 4Cover with foil and bake for 30 min.

Step 5Remove the foil and continue to bake until there is no liquid and chicken is golden.
