This was a favorite when I was growing up and is stil a favorite for my family. My daughter who is 14 asks for this regularly and she can make it herself it's so easy.

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 - chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 4-6 - chicken breasts, can use either whole or boneless
How To Make chicken and rice

Step 1Mix soups together in a mixing bowl.

Step 2Disolve boullion in boiling water and add to soup mixture.

Step 3Add rice and mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 in baking dish.

Step 4Melt butter and dip chicken breasts in butter. Place on top of rice and soup mixture.

Step 5Bake uncovered for 2 hours at 350 degrees.

Step 6If using bonless chicken you may need to adjust the baking time so the chicken doesn't dry out.

Step 7You can use any chicken pieces we just choose to use chicken breasts.
