1 cflour

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsponion powder

How To Make chicken and rice

1Preheat oven on 375 In a plastic bag add four and spices.

2In a roasting pan melt 2 tablespoons of butter Place moistened chicken into bag. Place chicken skin side down roasting pan. cook for 20 minutes

3Take chicken out of oven, remove from pan and place on plate. Add chicken broth and rice into roasting pan place chicken back into pan skin up and cook until rice is cooked. Note: you can use any type of chicken as long as it has skin. Please try out different spices. Enjoy
