Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken, mushroom, or asparagus soup
  • 1 can french onion soup
  • 1-2 pound boneless chicken breasts
  • 1-2 cup minute rice

How To Make chicken and rice

  • Step 1
    Spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray. Heat oven to 350°.
  • Step 2
    Spread rice over bottom of pan. Mix cream soup and french onion soup in bowl. Pour over rice and stir until all rice is coated with soup.
  • Step 3
    Place chicken breasts over rice and press down to coat chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 45-60 minutes, depending on thickness of chicken breasts.
