Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken, mushroom, or asparagus soup
- 1 can french onion soup
- 1-2 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 1-2 cup minute rice
How To Make chicken and rice

Step 1Spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray. Heat oven to 350°.

Step 2Spread rice over bottom of pan. Mix cream soup and french onion soup in bowl. Pour over rice and stir until all rice is coated with soup.

Step 3Place chicken breasts over rice and press down to coat chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 45-60 minutes, depending on thickness of chicken breasts.
