chicken and pork lettuce wrap filling
Came up with this for lunch today with ingredients I had in the fridge and pantry. It was amazing.

Ingredients
- 3 - boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 - inch piece of peeled ginger
- 1 large shallot
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 3 - birds eye chili peppers
- 1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1 bag lee kum kee panda brand lettuce wrap sauce
How To Make chicken and pork lettuce wrap filling

Step 1Place all ingredients except lettuce wrap sauce in a large food processor. Process on high until all ingredients are chopped fine and the mixture forms a ball.

Step 2Place over high heat and cook until meat is done. Drain. Add the bag of sauce and continue to cook until it is all sauce is incorporated into the meat. Serve in romaine lettuce leaves
