3-4chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
2 can(s)chicken broth (or use what you have from cooking chicken)
2 can(s)cream of chicken soup
·salt & pepper to taste
1 pkgwide egg noodles
How to Make Chicken and Noodles
- Boil chicken in just enough water to cover in large pot till done. Drain (reserve broth if you wish) and let chicken cool.
- Shred or chop chicken. Add soup and broth. Stir in bag of wide egg noodles and cook over low heat till noodles are tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
- I said this takes 1 hour, but it probably doesn't take that long. Depends on if you want to work with hot chicken to shred/chop.
