1Dissolve bouillon granules in hot water and pour into slo cooker. Add remaining ingredients, and mix well.
Cover and cook on low around 4 hours, or until noodles are tender.
2This thickens as it cooks, it is a nice, hearty, meal, that can be made heartsmart, by using low sodium chicken broth, and cholesterol free noodles. You cannot tell the difference. This is also a great way to use leftover cooked chicken. I use the boneless, skinless breasts, but you can use rotisserie left overs, or even turkey would be great.
