Ingredients

  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 large can of mushrooms drained
  • 4 - large chicken breast sliced length wise
  • - flour
  • 3 - eggs mxed with water
  • - italian bread crumbs
  • - enough oil and butter (about 2 tbls) to fry chicken
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

How To Make chicken and mushrooms

  • Step 1
    SLICE CHICKEN BREAST LENGTH WISE DREDGE IN FLOUR,DIP IN EGG AND DREDGE IN BREAD CRUMBS. FRY IN OIL AND BUTTER UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. PLACE IN 9X13 PAN. COVER WITH MUSHROOMS,CHICKEN BROTH AND MOZZ. CHEESE BAKE UNCOVERED IN OVEN FOR 30 MINS AT 350 DEGREES. CAN BE MADE A DAY AHEAD OF TIME COVER WITH FOIL IF PUTTING IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT. REMOVE FOIL WHEN BAKING. ENJOY
