It's a great inexpensive way to feed your family with plenty of leftovers. I absolutely loved it as a child and love to serve it to my family now. Please Enjoy!!!! (Can substitute broccoli for mushrooms and cream of broccoli for cream of mushrooms.)

Ingredients

  • 2 cans campbell's cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 box medium shell noodles
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, dried
  • 1 can milk

How To Make chicken and mushroom pasta (mom called it chile chicken?!?)

  • Step 1
    Boil Shell Noodles till al dente; Boil chicken breasts about 8 minutes, drain, and cube.
  • Step 2
    In a large saucepan combine soup, mushrooms, milk (use one of the empty cans of soup to measure) and cilantro and start to simmer on low heat.
  • Step 3
    After noodles and chicken are done combine with the soup and mushroom mix in the large saucepan. Simmer covered about 15 to 20 mins stirring occasionally. Serve and Enjoy!!
