chicken and hashbrown casserole

I was inspired by the hashbrown casserole recipe that we all love on this. My husband loved it.

Ingredients

  • 4 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 5 cups frozen hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • - salt and pepper

How To Make chicken and hashbrown casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 and butter a 9 x 9 baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Mix thawed hashbrowns, soup, 3/4 cup of the cheese, onion, broccoli and melted butter. Spread in baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Season Chicken with salt and pepper. Place on top of hashbrowns and bake for 1 hour. Spreading the remainder cheese over the top the last few minutes of bake time.
