Chicken and Hashbrown Casserole
4chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
5 cfrozen hashbrowns, thawed
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1 cshredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cchopped onion
1 cbroccoli florets
1/2 stickbutter, melted
·salt and pepper
How to Make Chicken and Hashbrown Casserole
- Preheat oven to 400 and butter a 9 x 9 baking dish.
- Mix thawed hashbrowns, soup, 3/4 cup of the cheese, onion, broccoli and melted butter. Spread in baking dish.
- Season Chicken with salt and pepper. Place on top of hashbrowns and bake for 1 hour. Spreading the remainder cheese over the top the last few minutes of bake time.
