I was inspired by the hashbrown casserole recipe that we all love on this. My husband loved it.

Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 5 cups frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- - salt and pepper
How To Make chicken and hashbrown casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 and butter a 9 x 9 baking dish.

Step 2Mix thawed hashbrowns, soup, 3/4 cup of the cheese, onion, broccoli and melted butter. Spread in baking dish.

Step 3Season Chicken with salt and pepper. Place on top of hashbrowns and bake for 1 hour. Spreading the remainder cheese over the top the last few minutes of bake time.
