This is an easy recipe. Given to me by my mother, and it is a winter staple in our house.

Ingredients

4
chicken breasts
1 Tbsp
butter
1 c
milk
1 c
water
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
8 oz
cream cheese
3 can(s)
small pilsbury biscuits

Step-By-Step

1Stew chicken in water 2" above chicken until done. Reduce heat to medium. Remove chicken to cutting board and shred.
2Dip out foam from chicken water and add butter, milk, cream cheese, and water.
3Stir until melted and well blended.
4Add pinches of biscuits. (Note: usually 1 small biscuit quartered is what I do)
5Cook until biscuits are done (Approx. 10 minutes), add salt and pepper to taste and add shredded chicken. Stir and enjoy!
