Ingredients

  • 2 cans
    chicken broth
  • 2 cans
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1
    rotisserie chicken, deboned
  • 2 bags
    frozen corn
  • 1 can
    refrigerated butermilk biscuits
  • to taste
    salt and pepper
  • to taste
    paprika, thyme,garlic powder
  • 1 bag
    peas and carrots, frozen

How to Make Chicken and dumplings

Step-by-Step

  1. Shred chicken.
  2. Add soup and broth to stock pot. Add vegetables and seasonings to pot.
  3. Bring to a rolling boil.
  4. Add chicken to pot.
  5. Cut biscuits into quarters. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Drop biscuits into the stockpot one by one.
  7. Reduce heat to low Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent dumplings from sticking.
  8. Eat and enjoy.
