We made this at school in a cooking class and it was a huge success!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans - chicken broth
  • 2 cans - cream of chicken soup
  • 1 - rotisserie chicken, deboned
  • 2 bags - frozen corn
  • 1 can - refrigerated butermilk biscuits
  • to taste - salt and pepper
  • to taste - paprika, thyme,garlic powder
  • 1 bag - peas and carrots, frozen

How To Make chicken and dumplings

  • Step 1
    Shred chicken.
  • Step 2
    Add soup and broth to stock pot. Add vegetables and seasonings to pot.
  • Step 3
    Bring to a rolling boil.
  • Step 4
    Add chicken to pot.
  • Step 5
    Cut biscuits into quarters. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Step 6
    Drop biscuits into the stockpot one by one.
  • Step 7
    Reduce heat to low Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent dumplings from sticking.
  • Step 8
    Eat and enjoy.
