Chicken and dumplings
2 canschicken broth
2 canscream of chicken soup
1rotisserie chicken, deboned
2 bagsfrozen corn
1 canrefrigerated butermilk biscuits
to tastesalt and pepper
to tastepaprika, thyme,garlic powder
1 bagpeas and carrots, frozen
How to Make Chicken and dumplings
- Shred chicken.
- Add soup and broth to stock pot. Add vegetables and seasonings to pot.
- Bring to a rolling boil.
- Add chicken to pot.
- Cut biscuits into quarters. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Drop biscuits into the stockpot one by one.
- Reduce heat to low Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent dumplings from sticking.
- Eat and enjoy.
