My mom used to make this recipe at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Everyone loves this and I make it for special occations or a family get together.

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 large vidalia onion
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1-2 tablespoon salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 3-4 cups chicken broth from your boiled chicken
- 1-3 pound chicken boiled and cooled
- medium left over cornbread
How To Make chicken and dressing

Step 1Put your chicken on to boil until done 1 hr.Let cool, Crumble cornbread in a large bowl, Add Broth from chicken a little at a time. Add cream of chicken soup, and all seasoning and chop up into small pieces your onion, mix well kepp adding broth until you have a thick but not running mixture. Add chicken pulled from the bone and mix well. Pour into a greased baking pan (13x9) and bake at 375 until golden brown aprox. 1hr.
