Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 - bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon tones garlic and rosemary spice
- 2 tablespoons bacon drippings
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon each: onion powder, garlic powder, basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- - saltines and butter melted.
How To Make chicken and cheesy rice casserole

Step 1In a large bowl combine the first 6 ingredients. Preheat oven 350 F

Step 2In a saucepan over medium high heat bacon drippings and butter. Add flour and cook for a minute or two.

Step 3Slowly stir in chicken broth, stirring constantly. Add onion, garlic, basil,oregano, paprika, celery saltine cayenne pepper. Cook,stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes. Taste Add more spices to your liking.

Step 4Set off of heat,and stir in mozzarella until melted. Stir in sour cream.

Step 5Stir sauce in to the chicken mixture. Pour into a casserole dish sprayed with pam. Top with crushed saltines and melted butter. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
