Another easy recipe, these enchiladas have a great flavor to them. A dab of sour cream on top when serving really brings out the flavors.

Ingredients

  • 14 1/2 ounces can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 cups chicken, cubed and cooked
  • 1 cup mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 6-8 medium flour tortillas

How To Make chicken and cheese enchiladas

  • Step 1
    Stir together soup, sour cream, salsa and chili powder in small bowl. Take one cup salsa mixture and stir it in with chicken and cheese.
  • Step 2
    Fill tortillas evenly with chicken mixture. Place in a 13x9 baking dish, seam side down. Pour remaining salsa mixture over tortillas. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until hot.
