Ingredients
- 14 1/2 ounces can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 cups chicken, cubed and cooked
- 1 cup mexican blend shredded cheese
- 6-8 medium flour tortillas
How To Make chicken and cheese enchiladas

Step 1Stir together soup, sour cream, salsa and chili powder in small bowl. Take one cup salsa mixture and stir it in with chicken and cheese.

Step 2Fill tortillas evenly with chicken mixture. Place in a 13x9 baking dish, seam side down. Pour remaining salsa mixture over tortillas. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until hot.
