Another easy recipe, these enchiladas have a great flavor to them. A dab of sour cream on top when serving really brings out the flavors.

14 1/2 oz
can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c
sour cream
1 c
2 tsp
chili powder
2 c
chicken, cubed and cooked
1 c
mexican blend shredded cheese
6-8 medium
flour tortillas

How to Make Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas


  • 1Stir together soup, sour cream, salsa and chili powder in small bowl. Take one cup salsa mixture and stir it in with chicken and cheese.
  • 2Fill tortillas evenly with chicken mixture. Place in a 13x9 baking dish, seam side down. Pour remaining salsa mixture over tortillas. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until hot.
