COMING UP WITH RECIPES WITH WHAT IS IN YOUR PANTRY ALWAYS CREATES A MYSTERY RESULT. I TEND TO COOK BEST IN A PINCH. I HAD MOST OF THE INGREDIENTS BUT HAD TO SEND HUBBY TO THE STORE FOR FRESH BROCCOLI. LOVED IT OVER RICE. THE FRESHLY STEAMED BROCCOLI WAS AN ADDED BONUS.

  • 4 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 cans cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • - salt & pepper
  • 1 large bunch of fresh broccoli

How To Make chicken and broccoli

  • Step 1
    CUT CHICKEN BREAST IN CHUNKS. IN A LARGE FRYING PAN, SAUTE CHICKEN, GARLIC, EVOO TILL CHICKEN IS NO LONGER PINK. IN A MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE SOUP AND MILK, WHISK TILL COMBINED. ADD TO CHICKEN AND SIMMER FOR 20-25 MINUTES. WHILE CHICKEN IS SIMMERING, WASH AND CUT FRESH BROCCOLI IN PIECES. STEAM FOR 4 MINUTES IN MICROWAVE;DRAIN WATER AND PLACE ON TOP OF THE CHICKEN. THE STEAM WILL FINISH COOKING THE BROCCOLI. SERVE OVER RICE OR NOODLES.
