Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs and drums, bone in
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 12 ounces broccoli florets
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
- 1 1/4 cups white rice
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons dried onion
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 1/2 cups egg noodles
How To Make chicken and broccoli with rice and egg noodles

Step 1In the morning, place the chicken in a large bowl and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Drizzle with the olive oil and cover and let sit all day in the refrigerator.

Step 2Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan. In a skillet add the butter and brown the chicken pieces; set aside.

Step 3In a bowl, mix the broccoli, chicken broth, evaporated milk, rice, Parmesan, sour cream, dried onion, and bouillon cube. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish.

Step 4Top the mixture with the uncooked noodles pressing them down into the rice mixture.

Step 5Place the chicken pieces on top and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour. Then let the dish sit covered for 15 minutes. Serve.
