How To Make chicken and broccoli with rice and egg noodles

1In the morning, place the chicken in a large bowl and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Drizzle with the olive oil and cover and let sit all day in the refrigerator.

2Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan. In a skillet add the butter and brown the chicken pieces; set aside.

3In a bowl, mix the broccoli, chicken broth, evaporated milk, rice, Parmesan, sour cream, dried onion, and bouillon cube. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish.

4Top the mixture with the uncooked noodles pressing them down into the rice mixture.

5Place the chicken pieces on top and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour. Then let the dish sit covered for 15 minutes. Serve.
