This is an easy version of chicken pot pie/chicken and biscuits. Great for those days when you don't have a lot of extra time to spend in the kitchen.

Ingredients For chicken and biscuit oven pie

  • 2 can
    chunk chicken, drained (each can 10 oz)
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg
    frozen mixed veggies (10 oz pkg)
  • 1 can
    refrigerated biscuits

How To Make chicken and biscuit oven pie

    Preheat oven to 375.
  • 2
    In a bowl, combine chicken, soup and veggies. Season mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 qt baking dish.

    Cut biscuits into quarters and places piece on top of the mixture.

    Bake for about 30-40 minutes until hot and bubbly and bisquits are browned.
