chicken and biscuit oven pie
This is an easy version of chicken pot pie/chicken and biscuits. Great for those days when you don't have a lot of extra time to spend in the kitchen.

Ingredients
- 2 cans chunk chicken, drained (each can 10 oz)
- 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package frozen mixed veggies (10 oz pkg)
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
How To Make chicken and biscuit oven pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 375.

Step 2In a bowl, combine chicken, soup and veggies. Season mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 qt baking dish.

Step 4Cut biscuits into quarters and places piece on top of the mixture.

Step 5Bake for about 30-40 minutes until hot and bubbly and bisquits are browned.
