Chicken and Biscuit Oven Pie

This is an easy version of chicken pot pie/chicken and biscuits. Great for those days when you don't have a lot of extra time to spend in the kitchen.

2 can(s)
chunk chicken, drained (each can 10 oz)
1 can(s)
cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg
frozen mixed veggies (10 oz pkg)
1 can(s)
refrigerated biscuits


1Preheat oven to 375.
2In a bowl, combine chicken, soup and veggies. Season mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
3Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 qt baking dish.
4Cut biscuits into quarters and places piece on top of the mixture.
5Bake for about 30-40 minutes until hot and bubbly and bisquits are browned.
