Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs sliced
  • 1 ounce butter
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 green apple peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 4 tablespoons basmati rice
  • 1 tablespoon mango chutney
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream

How To Make chicken and apple curry

  • Step 1
    Add butter to a pan and add the chicken, onion and apples and cook for 10 minutes. Add the curry paste and mix well. Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add the rice and cook 20 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Stir in the chutney, lemon juice, and heavy cream. Cook 5 more minutes.
