Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs sliced
- 1 ounce butter
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 green apple peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 4 tablespoons basmati rice
- 1 tablespoon mango chutney
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
How To Make chicken and apple curry

Step 1Add butter to a pan and add the chicken, onion and apples and cook for 10 minutes. Add the curry paste and mix well. Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add the rice and cook 20 minutes.

Step 2Stir in the chutney, lemon juice, and heavy cream. Cook 5 more minutes.
